Your Job Mission:
As an Online Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our webshop and websites. Based on clearly defined KPIs, you will plan, manage, and analyze digital campaigns and publish content on the NORMA Group Webshop (shop.normagroup.com). You will continuously optimize traffic and conversion rates and develop performance marketing strategies in the B2B sector. Your expertise enables you to challenge existing processes and find innovative solutions. In close collaboration with our E-commerce and Marketing Managers, the Sales team, and external service providers, you will sustainably improve our online performance.
This position is based at our location in Maintal (near Frankfurt am Main), with the option for mobile working, and is fixed-term for 2 years.
Your Responsibilities:
* Planning, execution, and analysis of webshop campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns to increase traffic and conversion rates.
* Webshop management: Maintain, administer, and optimize the webshop using Adobe Commerce (Magento), including creating and refining landing pages.
* Email marketing and automation: Create and send newsletters and automated emails, followed by analysis.
* Performance marketing and KPI management: Define and monitor relevant KPIs, create reports, and derive actionable measures.
* Lead generation strategies: Develop and implement innovative approaches across multiple digital channels.
* Marketing automation: Further develop and optimize lead management workflows and automation processes.
* Website management: Manage and optimize content and campaigns on websites to support the digital marketing strategy.
* Search Engine and Social Media Marketing: Manage targeted campaigns across search engines and social media, including LinkedIn, to engage relevant audiences.
* Collaboration and stakeholder management: Work closely with internal teams and external service providers, manage agencies, and track budgets.
Your Profile:
* A successfully completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a comparable field.
* At least 2–3 years of experience in online marketing, preferably with a focus on webshops.
* Technical expertise: Solid knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other common tools and platforms.
* Analytical skills: Experience in KPI management, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
* Email marketing: Experience in creating and managing email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
* Content and campaign management: Proficiency in content management systems and the development of digital campaign strategies.
* Creativity and a passion for innovation in developing new ideas and strategies.
* Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to persuade others.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
