We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for a parental leave assignment for our location in Radolfzell or remotely.
The person will report directly to the Sr. Director Global Talent Acquisition and functionally to the VP HR Industrial EMEA & APAC.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process across different departments, handling 15+ requisitions at a time.
* Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams across Germany and Europe (Italy, France, Norway, Sweden), ensuring a deep understanding of their talent needs and company culture.
* Sourcing & Talent Pool Development: Use a variety of sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
* Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, providing feedback to clients and recommending top talent.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. Identify new tools, techniques, and strategies to attract top talent.
* Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, recruitment progress, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
* Talent Development Coordination: Support Talent Development initiatives, including annual Organizational & Talent Reviews, employee engagement efforts (e.g., annual Pulse Survey), and culture enhancement programs.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, specializing in Engineering, Sales, Finance, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain roles.
* Expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in using sourcing tools and recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
* The ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interviewing skills and the ability to assess technical qualifications as well as cultural fit.
* Fluent in German and business English.
