Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager (PM) to drive the development and enhancement of the internal trading tools for our digital wealth offer. As the Product Manager for Wealth Trading, you will play a crucial role in developing our trading tools, ensuring that our tools are best in class to support our rapid growth. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry. In addition you will be responsible for one of our B2B partnerships and manage the relationship and partner product. Product Innovation: As a Product Manager for Scalable’s Digital Wealth Management offering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping market-leading product initiatives that delight both our retail clients and B2B partners. Collaborate with engineering teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that effectively address the needs of the financial landscape. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals. End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions that solve challenging problems. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards. Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, create detailed timelines, and monitor dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services, ensuring that all product offerings are cohesive and enhance the overall client experience. Agile Methodologies : Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights : Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.
