What you’ll do & Who you are To grow our team, we are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager (d/f/m) to enhance our partnerships across Germany. What you’ll do & Who you are As Strategic Partnership Manager for our Transfer Service Provider (TSP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic partnerships with these technical solution providers, fostering their integration with mobile.de’s products, and supporting their success in our ecosystem. We are seeking someone with a strategic mindset, a knack for building strong partner relationships, and the ability to bridge TSP needs with internal teams to drive impactful innovation. Your role: Inspire and Build Relationships : Develop a deep understanding of each TSP’s unique value proposition, customers, and OEM relationships. Establish yourself as a trusted partner, meeting regularly with TSPs to align on needs, goals, and opportunities for collaboration. Drive the TSP Pilot Program : Lead workshops, manage partner interactions, and resolve issues, serving as the main point of contact for TSP Pilot initiatives. Strategic Account Development : Craft and execute strategic account plans tailored to each TSP partner, aligning with mobile.de’s overarching goals. Product Expertise : Build a solid foundation in our product lineup and contribute TSP-specific insights to ensure relevance in our offerings. Collaboration and Coordination : Work hand-in-hand with internal teams in product, tech, and dealer KAM to achieve seamless project integration and deliver on strategic objectives. Monitor and Report : Track TSP account performance and satisfaction through regular metrics and feedback, reporting to leadership on key insights. Contract Management : Lead negotiations and renewals for key TSP contracts, including NDAs, SLAs, and other partnership agreements. Who you are: 4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or partnerships, ideally with a focus on tech or automotive sectors. Relationship-builder with proven expertise in strategic account planning. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business stakeholders. Fluent in German with proficiency in English. Analytically minded, with experience in tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. A passion for digital innovation and an interest in shaping the future of automotive solutions.
