Your new job includes
As a Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d) Electronics, Toys & Inflight, you will actively and passionately support the purchasing team in day-to-day administrative business.
In particular, you will
* check all relevant purchasing data in close cooperation with our master data team and prepare monthly evaluations and analyses
* take on administrative tasks such as data and module maintenance
* be involved in communication with national and international suppliers and our internal departments
* checking incoming invoices and clarifying invoice discrepancies with our suppliers
* assist with order preparation and follow-up and assortment creation as well as creating sales lists, analyses, budget queries and order and order sheets
Preferred Profile
* A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree and initial experience in purchasing at an international trading company
* Ideally experience in dealing with suppliers and customers
* Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience in working with SAP
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* A high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of administrative tasks
* Strong communication skills, which make it easy for you to communicate beyond your own team
