You will be responsible for:
* The coordination and organization of the entire kitchen workflow with the associated business key figures.
* You will support your kitchen team leadership in the professional management of your team, in the implementation of motivating and appreciative employee conversations and take over, among other things, personnel planning, allocation and development.
* The observance of the hygiene regulations according to HACCP also counts among your tasks as well as the goods economy.
* You will work closely with your kitchen team leadership and management and will be in constant exchange.
