Specialist Global Digital Catalogue Management (f/m/d)

The Specialist Global Digital Catalogue Management will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our PIM system, which serves both B2B and B2C catalogues globally and within specific country tenants. This role be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing product data, ensuring data quality, and facilitating seamless collaboration across various teams and locations.
Responsibilities:
Catalog Maintenance
* Maintain product catalogs within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
* Manage and coordinate catalog structures, taxonomies, and attributes to streamline data organization
Data Quality Assurance
* Implement data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Regularly review and cleanse product data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with product management, marketing, and IT teams to gather and disseminate product information effectively
* Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on catalog changes and updates
Documentation
* Evolve documentation to educate users on PIM system
* Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on catalog management procedures
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or experience in product information management and catalog maintenance
* Hands on mentality and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English & German
