Implementation / Analytics Consultant - Adobe (Analytics, AEP, CJA & CDP) Location: Hybrid with a few visits to the office each month in Heidelberg, Germany. Salary: Flexible depending on experience. Do you excel at transforming complex data ecosystems into seamless, high-performing solutions? Are you passionate about optimising web analytics to drive digital marketing success? Career growth often presents a frustrating choice – join a big consultancy with great tech and clients but feel like a tiny cog in a huge machine? Or join a smaller startup with major responsibility, but risk being micromanaged? But did you know there's a third option? We’re hiring for a role that offers all the stability, resources, and impact of a large firm, combined with the freedom and ownership of a smaller business. What's the role? There are two options here: 1: You could join as a Technical Implementation Consultant where you'll collaborate with clients to understand their intricate data needs and design tailored solutions that leverage Adobe’s solutions. This client-facing role involves leading technical discussions, managing project planning and documentation, and overseeing the entire implementation process to ensure data integration and accuracy. 2: You could join as an Analytics Consultant, where you will be a key player in the implementation and consulting team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the value of the client's existing web analytics solutions. Unlike the Technical/Implementation Consultants, your role won't involve deep technical planning but will center on understanding client needs and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team. You will regularly interact with clients to help them track conversion rates, develop custom dashboards, and optimize their web analytics processes. About you For either position, you'll have extensive experience with Adobe Solutions (Analytics is essential and any experience with AEP, CJA, or CDP would also be beneficial). You will be an excellent communicator with strong client-facing abilities, adept at managing expectations and leading discussions (bonus points for any German language skills). Why join? You’ll appreciate tackling diverse projects at a steady, manageable pace. You’ll be part of a tenured team averaging 5 years, with several over 10. The flat structure allows ample CEO engagement. He’s an Adobe expert who is eager to mentor and you’ll be offered regular training for your continuous growth. You’ll be given full autonomy as an expert, with no micromanagement. For work/life balance, there’s a flexible hybrid model with lots of remote working provided you are happy to travel to Mannheim from time to time. — How to apply Don't meet every requirement? No problem, this company understands that talent and potential can be developed and progression should come from delivery, not tenure.
