We are looking for a Sales Director to support business growth in the DACH region, focusing on precision engineering services for markets such as Renewable energy, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Defense, and much more. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the precision engineering sector.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities with major infrastructure operators, OEMs, and government entities.
3. Responsible for regional P&L and reporting into C suite team.
4. Lead direct sales efforts and manage relationships with channel partners to maximize market reach.
5. Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet technical and regulatory requirements.
6. Drive contract negotiations and long-term partnerships, ensuring sustainable business growth.
7. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to shape business development strategies.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive forums to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales leadership within precision engineering, industrial services, or critical infrastructure sectors.
2. Ability to engage with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and public sector decision-makers.
3. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
4. Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
