» Your responsibilities:
1. Supervising the cross-product tender management, operational account management and pricing functions
2. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, departments and teams within the Hellmann organization to support our international automotive logistics customers
3. Working with our global automotive customers on tenders, price inquiries and new business opportunities
4. Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to support our international customers in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics division
5. Optimizing processes and results as well as analyzing data and making strategic decisions
6. Functional and disciplinary leader of the opportunity management team in the automotive sector
7. Supporting team members in improving their skills and achieving new goals in their careers
8. Conducting employee appraisals, performance reviews and participating in recruitment interviews
» Your key skills:
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
10. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry
11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
13. Fluent English skills, spoken and written
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conquer challenges head-on
15. Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
16. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
17. Willingness to travel as needed to connect with our worldwide teams and customers
