The Role :
As (Senior) Manager Group Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of Sportradar’s strategic projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges, work cross-functionally, and drive transformative change across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in strategy/ corporate development, with a passion for sports, technology, AI and innovation.This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities :
* Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across Sportradar’s global business, focusing on company growth and innovation.
* Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Product, Technology, Sales) to ensure strategic projects are aligned with operational goals.
* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
* Support the development of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.
* Contribute to transformation projects, such as updates to business models and operating models.
* Work closely with the M&A team on deal sourcing as well as evaluating and integrating potential acquisitions and partnerships.
* Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking systems to monitor the success of strategic projects.
Your Profile :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of professional experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
* Passion for sports, technology, AI, and innovation is highly desirable.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Willingness to travel when needed
