Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with an international hospitality provider who are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand their client base in the hospitality sector across Munich and the surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the hospitality industry, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and drive brand awareness
* Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and business pitches to potential clients
* Negotiate pricing and service agreements while ensuring profitable growth
Profile
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality sector
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs
* Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English
* Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
