GENERAL PURPOSE As member of WII Group Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the President of WII Group, t he Site Leader leads all i PEK activities and teams related to the sites of Sulzberg (Germany) and Hirs c hegg (Austria), with the aim to deliver reliably and effectively top quality products that meet market and client demand, while securing Quality, S afety & Environmental impact, as well as building a scalable, effective, sustainable organization and a profitable operation. The Site Leader will lead the implementation of IDEX Operational model and build a culture of excellence, high-performance and customer-centricity. The Site Leader’s direct reports will include Quality, Operations (incl. production, purchasing, maintenance, industrial engineering), HR, Facility Management and EHS. T he Site leader will partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance and IT to achieve iPEK long & short-term strategy goals. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Strategy: Defin ing, communicating divisional strategies and key strategic priorities in line, while contributing, as member of WII SLT, to e l aborating WII group and i PEK strat egies while being aligned with IW strategy and goals. Operational Leadership and oversight: L ead ing her / his leadership t eam and i mplement ing divisional strateg ies, roadmaps and initiatives, while m onitor ing the actions needed to meet market demand, continuously improv ing organizational efficiency and e nsur ing effective implem en tation and translation of strategy into action. Implementing the IDEX Op. Model across functions and building highly effective leadership team s. Quality & Excellence: Steer ing the leadership team to build excellence and be accountable to d eliver top quality products, with zero defect on time, meeting market & clients’ needs and demand. New building project: Ensur ing effective l ead ership of the n ew building project, while monitoring costs, investments and delivery timeline s, building a show piece for IDEX with a strong footprint in Sustainability. Culture: Work ing with her / his leadership team and other functional leaders to build the culture across the organization: a culture of customer centricity, a ccountability, q uality & excellence, p erformance -driven and cross-functional collaboration. Organization and Talent (OTC): B uild ing a scalable, diverse, effective organization and talent pool, s ecur ing the right talents in the right roles, g rowing talents and leaders from inside, with effective succession plannin g. E nvironment, H ealth & S afety (EHS) : Promot ing and ensur ing health & safety at all levels, tak ing concrete actions to create a positive environmental impact. Support ing the new building project so to create a strong vision and footprint in s ustainability and environmental impact. Facility Management : Ensur ing an ef fective facility management, optimizing space utilization, cleaning, cost effectiveness and good working environment. Budgeting, planning and reporting: Ensure s effective p lanning and monitoring of the cost budget and investments in close coordination with the leadership team, follow ing -up with regular budget reconciliation and reporting, proposing any countermeasure in case of deviations.
