We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Recruitment Markete r (FTC) to join the Employer Brand team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this fixed term contract role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that position our company as an employer of choice, attract top talent, and improve candidate engagement. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to build compelling talent marketing campaigns, nurture our talent communities and optimize our recruitment funnel.
1. Create compelling recruitment marketing content, including job ads, employee testimonial and career site content. Developing a deep understanding of our target audiences to ensure messaging resonates.
2. Organise virtual and in-person events, job fairs to attract candidates aiming to grow and nurture our talent communities. Foster relationships with external partners such as job boards and universities.
3. Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate and nurture candidate leads. Implement inbound marketing, SEO and digital marketing strategies to ensure content is found where candidates are searching.
4. Provide teams with branded recruitment materials and guidelines on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates.
5. Manage all recruitment marketing operations and establish clear tracking, measuring, and reporting continuously testing and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
6. A solid background of recruitment marketing strategies, digital marketing, and employer branding best practices. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, ATS, CRM, and recruitment advertising platforms.
7. Experience in analyzing recruitment marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
8. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams.
9. Exhibit creative problem-solving skills, and strong project management capabilities.
