Store Manager (d/f/m) WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPANDING OUR RETAIL TEAM AT RICK OWENS BERLIN FLAGSHIP STORE (OPENING SEPTEMBER 2025) AND SEEKING TO RECRUIT A TALENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH A TRUE PASSION FOR LUXURY RETAIL. AS STORE MANAGER, THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF OWENSCORP ITALIA, RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, CONTROLLING AND DIRECTING THE STORE'S GENERAL POLICY IN COMMERCIAL, FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS, AND WILL THEREFORE BE REQUIRED TO: • ENSURE THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BOUTIQUE. • DEVELOP SALES FIGURES AND SALES STRATEGIES. • CULTIVATE THE BOUTIQUE'S CUSTOMER BASE AND SEEK STRATEGIES FOR DEVELOPING NEW CUSTOMERS. • NOTIFYING THE RETAIL DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE, PROPOSING NEW CANDIDATES ACCORDING TO THE STORE'S NEEDS. • MANAGE, TRAIN AND MOTIVATE THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE THE MONTHLY OBJECTIVES SET BY THE BRAND. • ORGANIZE AND MANAGE THE TEAM'S SCHEDULE (WORKING HOURS, MEALS, VACATIONS, ETC.). • ENSURE THAT THE BOUTIQUE IS PROPERLY RUN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BRAND'S GUIDELINES. • ENSURE PROPER INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN COOPERATION WITH THE STOCK MANAGER, MANAGE PHYSICAL INVENTORIES AND PROVIDE DETAILED REPORTS TO THE RETAIL DEPARTMENT. • REPORT DAILY AND MONTHLY BOUTIQUE PERFORMANCES. • COMMUNICATE COLLECTION PERFORMANCE ON A MONTHLY BASIS. • RECONCILE CASH REGISTERS AND SALES (DAILY AND MONTHLY). • MAKE BANK DEPOSITS.- PARTICIPATE IN SHOWROOM PURCHASES IN COOPERATION WITH THE RETAIL DEPARTMENT. IMPORTANT SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING: • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN TEAM AND STORE MANAGEMENT AND ON LUXURY PRODUCTS SALE. • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS EFFICIENTLY. • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ORDER TO BUILD A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS AND TEAM. • KNOWLEDGE OF FASHION CURRENT TRENDS AND AN IMPECCABLE SENSE OF STYLE. • FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH IS A MUST; A THIRD LANGUEGE IS A PLUS.
