Director Business Development (Germany, DACH)
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in Germany and the DACH region. As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quarterly revenue numbers by selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to mid-market and enterprise-level accounts
* Utilize strong consultative selling skills to develop opportunities and close business
* Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives
Requirements:
* Bilingual - German & English
* 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* A robust book of contacts and network of customers to drive sales revenue and achieve targets across various verticals
* Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with senior stakeholders
* Expertise in utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategies
