Compliance Agent Job DescriptionCollect and review customer documents for KYC compliance.Verify the accuracy of submitted information and align inconsistencies.Communicate with clients via chat, email, and phone to request additional documents or clarify details.Provide first-line support to handle customer queries, complaints, and account verification needs.Ensure all required documentation is complete before submission for approval. Maintain accurate records of KYC documentation and client interactions.Coordinate with AML Compliance Officers to facilitate account approvals.Coordinate with Risk management team, withdrawal for document collection.Follow established policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
