Role Overview
We are passionate about enabling large organizations to implement their strategies more efficiently. By changing their way of working, we empower them to provide every employee more focus and purpose in what they are doing. We value ownership, embrace pragmatism, like seeing the impact of our work and we are eager to learn something new every day - does this sound like you? Then join us at the forefront of driving Customer Success at Workpath.
Key Responsibilities
First of all, we are not your typical SaaS company, and this is not a standard Customer Success role. As a (Sr.) Consultant Strategy Execution (m/f/d) at Workpath, you will be responsible for a designated set of customers, ensuring they maximize the value they receive from us. You will guide them through transforming their strategy execution process and implementing the Workpath platform. This means your role ranges from being a change consultant and a strategy execution advisor to an account manager, ensuring a transition of our customers to outcome-focused organizations.
* Provide advice and guidance on how to implement and establish the strategy execution process based on OKRs with the support of our solution and your expertise (every customer onboarding can be seen as an individual transformation project)
* Share insights on how to successfully and sustainably integrate OKRs with other existing processes (e.g., KPIs, Performance Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management)
* Identify customer needs and challenges from conversations and data-sets to position additional Workpath services or software offerings that will help them overcome these challenges
* Secure a long-term collaboration with Workpath, delivering real business impact
What else?
* Track your customers’ success with the Workpath platform
* Facilitate Business Reviews to share valuable insights with your customers' top-level Executives
* Analyze customer data to avoid churn and drive adoption and retention
* Collaborate with the Account Team (Account Executives and Customer Education Specialists) to strategically plan for renewals and expansions
* Liaise between customers and our Product team to shape the future development of our strategy execution platform
Requirements
What we are looking for
Energy and motivation matter most to us, we do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all profile for this role. However, drawing from our team’s experience, we have an idea of what works well: You have worked in management consulting or a similar role. There you have gained experience in one or more areas such as strategy, strategy execution, transformation, change management, new work and/or agile methodologies. The only hard requirements we have is that you are an owner of your work, you can work independently and that you are an excellent communicator in German and English, conversing with senior leaders at ease.
What Sets You Up For Success In This Role
* You embrace ownership and accountability, take charge and drive scalability for the Customer Success team
* Your fast learning and pragmatic mindset helps you adapt to dynamic situations and create innovative formats and processes
* You excel in a team environment, leveraging collective strengths but simultaneously thrive when working independently
What We Offer
* Steep Learning Curve: High-impact role with a lot of responsibility, direct exposure to executive decision-making. Opportunity to shape and lead critical strategic and operational initiatives.
* Passionate and ambitious team: Work directly with our founders, Managing Directors to learn from senior leaders and enjoy the thrill of building together.
* Professional Growth: Autonomy and support to work on important projects and challenges, learning new things every day. We offer a Feedback & Development Cycle with 360-degree feedback twice a year.
* Health and Wellbeing: We prioritize the mental well-being of our employees. That's why we've partnered with OpenUp to offer professional mental health support.
