Description This is the job We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Customer Care Team in Essen. The sooner we can start together, the better Our external and internal customers rely on your team and your team relies on you: Your team is there to handle projects in the areas of management system certification, specialising in food & beverage customers, and is passionate about service and problem solving You will lead a team of 5-6 people who will support customers from the quotation stage to planning the audit and issuing the certificate as proof of our successfully completed service. You coordinate a competent team and ensure that both internal and external customers are always provided with appropriate customer service and quality, while at the same time continuously working on improvements. You will also prepare weekly analyses and reports on the current situation and target achievement of your team. To provide your team with the best possible support, you will also manage individual certification projects yourself and shine with your passion for supporting business customers. You use your communication skills to discuss technically complex issues with your team and customers in a simple and empathetic way - together you will find a solution.
