Role Overview:
We are currently supporting our client, a prominent international company, in recruiting Project Manager for their inhouse consulting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with senior executives, shaping and driving strategic projects with significant impact across the DACH region and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute complex strategy consulting projects, providing strategic analysis, impactful insights, and effective solutions.
* Engage with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, organizational transformation, sustainability, and digitalization.
* Manage end-to-end consulting projects from analysis and design through to implementation, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
* Provide high-level strategic advice to senior management, leveraging expertise, empathy, and analytical skills.
Main Consulting Practices:
* Innovation, Sustainability & Digitalization: Driving strategic initiatives for innovation management, digital transformation, and sustainability.
* Strategy & Organization: Redesigning organizational structures, developing Target Operating Models, and improving Return on Capital Employed (ROCE).
* Transformational Change: Facilitating organizational purpose and structural transformation for corporate and operational units.
* Growth, Marketing & Sales: Developing and implementing value-capturing strategies, enhancing pricing excellence, and integrating advanced sales tools.
* M&A / Carve-out Solutions: Advising on strategic acquisitions, integrations, and carve-outs to optimize business portfolios.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic consulting, preferably with a renowned global consultancy.
* Strong expertise in consulting methodologies, project management, and strategic analysis.
* Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
* Ability to effectively engage with and influence senior management and diverse stakeholders.
* International experience highly desirable.
