Your tasks
Content Marketing & Marketing Planning
1. Develop marketing plan for countries under your remit, in close coordination with local sales and service teams and regional and global marketing
2. Marketing mix planning (65% digital: Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Organic & Paid, 3rd Party Ads, Email and 35% analog: Telemarketing, Events and Customer Relations)
3. Data-based reporting based on HubSpot and Salesforce marketing and CRM tools
4. Management of external agencies (e.g. telemarketing)
5. Responsibility for the local marketing budget
Your profile
6. University degree in marketing, business administration, journalism & communication science or equivalent
7. At least 1 year of professional experience in the broader field of marketing, communications, branding with experience in content & storytelling, customer journey & lead management, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
8. Profound user knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office required
9. You live in Europe and can be regularly present at our location in Vienna, Austria (max. 30 days/year)
10. High level of self-motivation, self-organization paired with a goal and results-oriented approach
11. Curious, team-oriented and empathic
12. English – at C1 or C2 level, German – at C1 or C2 level, or mother-language
