Become part of this team Apply now Your Mission Take responsibility for running effective LiveOps for Sunshine Island, scheduling offers and events to maximize player engagement and to drive monetization Work closely with our community management and customer service teams to ensure smooth player experience and to leverage those channels for effective communication with our player base Create performance reporting that includes analysis, dashboards, as well as impact of events and takeaway learnings Along with requesting meaningful dashboards for effective analysis, managing and setting up offers and events, as well as product improvements, is also part of the role Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of gameplay changes on player behavior and monetization Analyze key metrics and user data to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and player satisfaction Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding player behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies Your Backstory Several years of professional experience in the (mobile) games industry or working on at least 1 shipped title are required A completed university degree in game design, business administration or related field You have a deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and community feedback You are a resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Sounds great?
