Job Description
Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in assigned regions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crushing, screening, materials handling, and beneficiation sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
* Liaise with technical and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling, and beneficiation industries.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia, and other regions; knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in assigned regions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience of working with international clients and managing cross-cultural relationships.
* Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
