MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Previous working experience in the automotive industry is nice to have 


• Should posesses interest

     a. UX research

     b. Software Validation

• Driver's license is a must


• Previous in-depth knowledge in field is not required (training will be provided)


• Ability to structure detailed data using Microsoft Office applications


• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes in Figma is nice to have


• Full IT literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook)


• Fluent English language skills


• Self-motivated and project-oriented way of working


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to work in cross functional and international teams


• Awareness of multi-cultural differences and demonstrates the ability to adapt


• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe

Your tasks

• Execute trend research with a focus on the European and Global OEM market  a. Research on the current and upcoming features in-car infotainment.  b. Trend research of the European IT trends and UX/UI automotive trends. c. Research on new technologies showcased in motor shows and technology fairs d. Report research results to Mobis’ key stakeholders 


• Execute qualitative user research a. Define research items b. Monitor research preparation and execution


• Support benchmarking vehicle infotainment a. Gathe r data in form of photos and videos b. Create report and share with Mobis’ stakeholders


• Represent Hyundai Mobis’ products during technology and motor shows a. Attend internal product training b. Present Mobis’ products and technologies in automotive fairs


• Perform system and telematics validation according to the requirements​

  a. Lab testing

  b. Vehicle testing including audits with the customer

  c. Report issues

  d. Prepare report and share with Mobis’ stakeholders
