Your mission As a Delivery Manager/PMO, you will play a key role in bridging cross-functional collaboration between IT, domain experts, and product teams to drive efficient and high-quality project execution. You will establish and maintain project management frameworks, refine processes, and ensure alignment across teams, contributing to the success of technology-driven products and initiatives. Your Role in More Detail: Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, domain expertise, and product departments to foster innovation. Work closely with the Product Manager to communicate with customers and understand their expectations. Product and Project Management: Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams to design and build the product. Ensure that requirements are clearly understood across the entire development process. Analyze technical and business requirements for the compilation of user stories. Support the development team in their day-to-day activities. Cooperate with the development team to refine and improve the Agile process. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish performance metrics and a KPI framework to measure project and product success. Communicate project status to Product Management and other stakeholders. Lead sprint reviews while closely monitoring implementation status. Your profile Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Robotics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics. At least 2 years of experience in product or project management in the tech industry, particularly in driving technology-based products such as SaaS or intelligent technology initiatives. Proven ability to collaborate with IT, engineering, and project management teams effectively. Expertise in Scrum-based Agile engineering methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Strong ability to analyze and compile user stories and technical requirements. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A passion for innovation and future mobility trends, particularly in the tech and automotive industries. Fluent in both written and spoken English. German is a plus.
