Lead Solution Architect PLM (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
1. Consult on complex projects that require specialist expertise aligned with the ENERCON target operating model and the strategic objectives
2. Act as the ultimate authority on solution architecture design based on Siemens product best practices and as interface towards Siemens, other vendors and preferred suppliers when required
3. Provide high levels of technical leadership and guidance as mentor and coach to the PLM team in particular the module resp. product owners, administrators and developers
4. Lead the concept & technical design and ensure the successful implementation and integration of the PLM solutions into ERP & MES systems ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability when required
5. Work closely with the PLM team and the key users to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the PLM processes and translate the requirements into innovative technical solutions
6. Stay informed about emerging technologies to identify trends and new best practices that can be used to strengthen the technology platform and development practices
Your Qualifications
* University degree in engineering, computer science or other technical fields
* 10+ years of experience working as PLM Solution Architect within mid to large PLM projects in designing, configuring and customizing PLM solutions
* In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and related Siemens products
* Strong understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes in the machinery and plant engineering industry ideally within multiple customers in the wind energy
* Proven track record implementing PLM systems in an integrated landscape where PLM is interacting with ERP and MES covering engineering domains e2e from product, industrialization to service
* Ideally well connected in the Siemens Digital Industries Software people network in particular product development
* Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
