Job Description
As a (Senior) Specialist in Real Estate Team at Delivery Hero, you will support the strategic management of the company's global real estate portfolio with a focus on optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing overall portfolio performance. You will work closely with regional teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient real estate processes and contribute to key projects that drive value and support business growth.

1. Maximizing Value: Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing real estate assets, and analyzing portfolio data. Support lease renegotiations, location optimization, and the development of decision-making frameworks, such as scorecards and trackers.
2. Driving Efficiency: Help implement and maintain standardized real estate processes and operational guidelines. Use centralized tools and best practices to streamline activities across the portfolio. Support the creation and tracking of KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Enabling Growth: Assist with market analysis and contribute to supporting the company's expansion by managing real estate assets and supporting lease negotiations. Help ensure that CAPEX is optimized in relevant projects, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
4. Mitigating Risk: Help monitor and maintain risk management practices across the real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with lease terms, local regulations, and corporate policies. Proactively identify potential issues and support teams in responding to market trends to safeguard real estate investments.
Qualifications
5. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and help optimize real estate assets.
6. Process Implementation: Experience in supporting the implementation of real estate processes, standards, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Project Coordination: Ability to work with regional teams to co-manage real estate projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to guidelines.
8. Risk Awareness: Understanding of risk management principles and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
9. 2-5 years of experience in real estate operations or management, with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
10. A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
11. Experience in supporting budget management, real estate projects, and portfolio performance optimization.
12. Familiarity with real estate management tools, standardized procedures, and data analysis.
13. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
14. Proficiency in Excel/ Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides and real estate management software.
