Day-to-Day Responsibilities
During your internship you will support the team and collect experience as a Scrum Master in
Serving the Team (Squad):
4. As a true leader you support and coach squads to work in a self-organized & agile way
5. Maintain and improve their working conditions, so that the squad can concentrate on the development and delivery of their product
6. Identify and contribute to tackle the impediments together with the squad as part of their continuous improvement process
7. Optimize the teamwork within the squad and together with its collaborators, identify and bring challenges to discussion
8. Plan and facilitate the agile ceremonies for the squad
9. You ensure that time boxes (ceremonies, features, etc.) are respected and adhered to
10. You are driving the continuous improvements of the squads, process and product
11. Coach the product owner in e.g., Product backlog management techniques and the understanding of value
Serving the Organization:
12. Ensure that Scrum practices are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
13. Help integrate Scrum with other processes and workflows within the organization
14. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
15. Conduct training sessions and workshops on Scrum and agile methodologies
16. Develop training materials and resources for ongoing education
17. Assist the organization in adopting agile methodologies
