JBAndrews is proud to partner with a leading player in the robotics and automation sector, offering innovative application solutions such as robotics, vision systems, sensors, and grippers. The company is expanding its presence in the DACH region and is looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in North/East Germany and Austria.
About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts in the DACH region, focusing on both direct customer relationships and distributor management. You’ll be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and driving growth in a high-potential market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans for North/East Germany and Austria primarily
* Drive direct sales and establish distributor networks within the DACH region, focusing on high-growth sectors like Automotive, Healthcare, and Material Handling
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
* Collaborate with the global sales team and optimize regional sales strategies.
* Manage and develop distributor relationships, focusing on growth and performance.
* Build strong customer relationships, driving projects from interest to closed sales.
* Monitor performance, provide support to partners, and ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* Proven success in technical solution sales and territory management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM, ERP, and automation technologies (UR Caps, Polyscope, etc.).
* Fluent in German and English.
* Available for travel up to 70% of your time within the designated area (very frequent), to our France (Lyon) facility (quarterly) or HQ in Canada (occasionally) for team meetings
* Valid passport and driving license required.
