HR Recruitment Specialist | Senior
Morgan Philips is working exclusively with a growing Life Sciences business to hire a brand new HR Business Partner for their DACH region. Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, the role will be based in the Munich office and offers hybrid working (2 days per week in the office). Our client is ideally looking for a full-time candidate, but for the right person will consider candidates looking for 4 days per week. The salary is up to 80,000 EUR (full-time equivalent) + 20% bonus + package.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and execute short- and long-term strategies, policies, and programs to support department objectives and contribute to the success of the business.
2. Ensure alignment and consistency in the implementation of HR processes and initiatives across the business to achieve HR and company's strategic objectives.
3. Act as the HR lead on various projects and responsibilities, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
4. Provide proactive advice, guidance, and support to employees and managers on a range of generalist HR queries in a timely manner.
5. Support the entire HR department in the implementation of HR processes, operations, and initiatives across the business.
6. Collaborate closely with the Global HR team to provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups, adding value to the business.
7. Report to the HR Director on HR-related matters and provide regular updates on project progress and achievements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in the Life Sciences sector.
3. Solid experience of German Labor Law (Swiss and Austrian would be an advantage) and operational experience with Works Councils are essential.
4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
5. Proven experience in implementing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
7. Ability to provide proactive and timely HR advice and support to internal stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
10. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
11. Proficient in MS Office applications.
