1. Project Management
* Responsible for IDC engineering projects, including self-built bases and leased projects, involving the formulation and breakdown of construction delivery goals, comprehensive schedule planning, quality objectives, and safety objectives.
2. Process Management
* Responsible for quality, safety, cost, and risk management during the delivery process. Identify and discover potential risks in advance and develop corresponding resolution strategies to achieve delivery goals.
* Responsible for controlling the pace of data center construction and delivery projects, from government project initiation to final acceptance and handover, managing the entire lifecycle.
3. Coordination and Management
* Responsible for managing the project delivery teams within the region, coordinating with design, cost, and procurement teams to jointly advance the construction progress and quality and safety objectives.
During the construction period, liaise with regulatory authorities to maintain good vendor relationships and ensure compliance with construction regulations.
4. System Development
* Lead the development of construction management systems, including but not limited to schedule management, quality management, and safety management, as well as the evaluation system for general contractors and management companies.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in data center construction and project management.
* Possess full lifecycle project management capabilities to effectively control the overall project goals, schedule, and quality.
* Regularly review projects and, when necessary, make changes to project priorities and resource balancing to ensure consistency with organizational strategic intent, direction, and progress.
* Achieve organizational goals through the overall delivery of project portfolios and realize strategic objectives.
* Proficient in the full lifecycle management of major professional areas in the infrastructure field (e.g., construction, low-voltage systems, electrical systems, etc.).
* Continuously stay informed and learn about new technologies, theories, and methods in the industry and apply them to the relevant business as appropriate.
* A problem solver in the professional field with the ability to summarize issues and create platform models.
* Able to organize the formulation and breakdown of project goals to form project portfolio plans.
* Able to define project priorities and allocate resources for project portfolios to ensure effective resource utilization.
* Mandarin speaking and listening skills are required as the role will need to collaborate with the counterpart team in HQ China.
