As an Execution Manager International (m/f/d), you will play a key role in handling and coordinating our international logistics processes. With your organizational talent, you will ensure smooth transport processes and optimize our supply chains. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers.

Requirements
* Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or similar
* a completed commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or in wholesale and foreign trade
* or a specialist qualification in wholesale and foreign trade
* Fluency in English and French
* Experience in shipping and truck logistics and in communicating with logistics service providers
* Knowledge of customs clearance and the relevant grain trading conditions
* A good understanding of numbers and a preference for accuracy
* A sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working
* Willingness to work on projects
Your tasks
* Handling and coordination of ship and truck transports from our suppliers to our customers (FTL / LTL / silo) throughout Europe
* Contact person for logistics issues for our trade and our customers
* Contract processing and coordination of international goods transports in accordance with INCOTERM
* Being the point of contact for internal and external logistics issues (customers, suppliers, service providers)
* Pro-active optimization of supply chains and the assigned contract commitment
* Preparatory activities for the preparation of quotations, e.g. freight inquiries
* Ensuring quality requirements within the supply chain including complaint management (recording, processing, documentation)
* Preparatory accounting (creation of accounts receivable invoices and control of accounts payable invoices)
