We are looking for a Supervisor Service to join our team in Langenfeld,Germany!
You will be an active member of the DACH Lifecycle Service Management team working jointly with other Operations department leaders and the Sales Department to align Service executions and sales strategies.
You will implement service tasks and supports his team as an expert to provide services and support to customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Ensure that the Service team is correctly equipped, trained and developed to meet current and planned future business needs.
* Lead, manage and develop the Reliability Solutions and Machinery Health Management Service team.
* Developing, applying and introducing to the teams new and efficient Service strategies, methods and processes, which support the development and profitability of the Service office to ensure that the required adequate Service capabilities and resources are selected and available to support all Service activities within in the territory.
* Work closely with the DACH Operations Management team in order to agree the course of action necessary to assure a proper Service coverage for all supported products to be able complete the assigned service activities in a timely and successful manner within the agreed Service budget.
* Coordinates the problem solving for technical issues relating to the service orders.
* Perform all necessary tasks for installation, upgrade and maintenance of MHM/RS-Systems and all integrated Bus systems, intelligent field devices and third party systems at the customer sites.
* Ensure that all service activities meet standards imposed by safety legislation or by quality requirements.
* Maintain and own the service and maintenance related ISO procedures and work instructions.
* Responsibility for screening and use of all relevant procedures related to Trade Compliance Policy.

For this Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor' Degree or equivalent experience.
* 8 years experience with RS (Reliability Solutions) and MHM (Machinery Health Management) systems and solutions, min. 5 years of experience as Service Engineer.
* Proficiency in German and English
* Must have a valid car driving license
* Availability to travel to and work in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland) for training or business trips or for assignments to perform service, maintenance and commissioning activities on customer sites if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Know how and experience of RS (Reliability Solutions) / MHM (Machinery Health Management) Systems and Industry specific experience, MS-Office Applications
