Empowering Culture: You will collaborate on impactful projects within a supportive environment where the company values are always embraced and expressed, and diversity is celebrated.YOUR ROLEYou will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.End to end execute digital campaigns in social, search, and/or eCommerce environments, with specific responsibilities including campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.Stay ahead of Platform updates, bugs, trainings; raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.Work closely together in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists to enable and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
