The Position Work at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation Join our dynamic team as a (Senior) Process Manager and use your expertise to drive innovation in the field of Supply Chain Integrity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute with your expertise in the design, realization, and implementation of standardized global processes for Serialization, Track & Trace for Human Pharma and Animal Health, with the aim to guarantee competitiveness and GxP compliance. Your expertise is our key to success Tasks & responsibilities - In your new role, you will be the key user for our serialization & aggregation IT-systems and you will have a user administration role in these systems. - Furthermore, you will support the definition of standardization for parts of processes and/or systems and provide ongoing support for the operation of processes and applications. - You will maintain Master Data in the respective global systems and act as validation manager for all SCI GxP Processes. - Moreover, you will present during an audit the validation of the respective computer systems and process(es). - You will identify improvement opportunities and develop proposals in coordination with global teams and the Management System Owner. - In Addition, you will manage user communities and spread best practices while ensuring compliance and validated state of processes and systems. Additional tasks as Senior Process Manager - You work in global projects as Business Project Lead on corporate serialization systems. - In addition, you define and align user requirements with the stakeholders from Human Pharma, Animal Health. Requirements - Successfully completed diploma or bachelor's/master's degree in the field of business administration, engineering, chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines with several years of professional experience within Supply Chain - Profound experience in Supply Chain, GxP knowledge, e.g. Good Distribution Practice paired with the ability to identify root causes of errors - Experience in SAP Applications for Supply Chain Management and Track & Trace including GS1 standards - Expertise as Validation Manager for on-premise and cloud solutions according to, e.g. GAMP5 - Programing skills such as Python SQL skills would be beneficial - Ability to quickly understand complex processes and procedures - Dedicated team player to work cross functionally between departments - Excellent communication skills in English and German and international exposure in daily business Additional requirements as Senior Process Manager - Long-standing professional experience within Supply Chain - Intensive experience in SAP Applications for Supply Chain Management and Track & Trace including GS1 standards - Experience in working in global projects/teams Ready to contact us?
