Brief Role Description
The key account managers digital are the single point of contact for the market for all projects related to digital business in the implementation phase (rollout) but also during operation (success controls). In addition, they assume the role of digital governance.
Possible Tasks within this role
Key account manager digital
* First point of contact for all digital topics from the markets and market-related topics within the central areas or sales regions.
* Ensuring the strategy-compliant alignment of the markets for digital topics and regular communication with relevant markets regarding digital projects and products.
* Overall control/coordination and definition of rollouts of digital systems or business use cases in the markets.
* Introducing market requirements into the central areas or sales regions so that they are taken into account in future product (further) developments of digital services.
* Agree and measure the success of relevant digital business target values with the markets and initiate countermeasures in the event of deviations.
* Digital governance: establishment and implementation of overarching control processes for the strategic development of the digital offering in the markets.
