It is a team of software developers that designs and owns the capabilities to seamlessly connect renewable energy assets to the Gridfuse VPP to provide high-quality live data to energy traders, asset operators and grid operators. We are looking for colleague (m/f/d) to join us in Leipzig or remotely from Berlin (since part of the team is based in Berlin). The role You are responsible for breaking down the overall product strategy into iterable goals and conducting planning sessions with your team You will work with external stakeholders (e.g. energy traders, asset operators, grid operators) to continuously learn and derive specific product requirements You will support the Connect team with your domain insights and expertise to get the right product out to the customer in time You will be part of the Gridfuse Product Management team and spare with our other Product Managers on the overall product strategy, product capabilities and day-to-day issues What we need from you You are passionate about driving the renewable energy transition You have proven experience in managing a SaaS product You love translating complex requirements into a technical language and collaborating with engineers You have strong analytical skills and like to think in solutions You are fluent in English and are a good moderator and communicator Energy or IoT domain experience are a plus Experience in working within the OKR framework is a plus What we offer Competitive hardware including a standing desk, 4K curved screen, and MacBook Pro City center office location including home office option EGYM Wellpass membership support Educational budget for every employee Team events, summer & winter parties Real startup culture by having an impact in a small, motivated team Sounds good to you?
