On behalf of a leading company in the international distribution sector, we are looking for a Process & Compliance Specialist – Import/Export (m/f/d) to support and optimize key business processes. Tasks
Process Development: Define, harmonize, and standardize process strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaboration: Act as a key interface between internal departments, ensuring seamless cooperation and business-aligned process management.
Operational Oversight: Monitor key process and business objectives, integrating quality standards, compliance, and risk management.
Regulatory Management: Handle controlled products and processes, maintain material master data, manage excise duty documentation, and ensure customs and foreign trade compliance.
Driving Change: Support innovation and continuous improvement by promoting change initiatives in regulatory advisory and import/export operations.
Requirements
✅ A completed education in a commercial or scientific field (e.g., industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade) or a related degree.
✅ Initial experience in Regulatory Advisory, Import/Export, or project management is a plus.
✅ Knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
✅ Familiarity with regulatory topics such as customs, excise tax, and hazardous goods is an advantage—but don’t worry, we’re happy to support your development in this area.
✅ Strong communication skills in German and English, along with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
✅ A proactive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm for process optimization.
