What You Can Expect u25cf The role encompasses the responsibility for the full local marketing mix development with the support of the (Senior) Brand Manager. u25cf Contribute to the development of the marketing objectives, strategies and resulting annual brand plan. u25cf Uncover root issues and opportunities (at brand and category level) via leading brand and category audits with support of Trade Marketing (TM) and Market, Category & Consumer Insights (MCCI) (incl. financials, market, consumer, equity, review of previous strategies, ROI of previous initiatives and external/competitive reviews). u25cf Understand and build in learning from other departments, such as channel and customer learning. u25cf Support the (Senior) Brand Manager to develop crisp (clear, results orientated, insightful, strategically aligned and prioritized) objectives and strategies. u25cf Work closely together with TM and MCCI to ensure that the brand marketing objectives and strategies are fully understood and the right tools are being developed to answer the objectives. u25cf Together with the (Senior) Brand Manager develop and gain agreement on marketing activity schedules cascading from the strategies. u25cf Support influencing key stakeholders at local, European and global level to ensure that German needs are being taken into account in European and Global development. u25cf Contributes to the development and implementation of excellent, consumer-centric marketing activities on time, in full with support of the (Senior) Brand Manager. u25cf Develop cost effective annual activity plans closely with the (Sr.)BM to execute the strategies and objectives agreed. - Develop and manage the communication & media strategy in close collaboration with the (Sr.) BM and the IMC team. In close collaboration with the (Sr.)BM lead execution of the marketing activity plan to ensure excellence in delivery. Including but not exclusively: digital marketing, Social Media, CRM, ATL, PR, consumer events, sponsorship etc. u25cf Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of annual marketing plans and constantly review and evaluate the success of marketing activities. u25cf Closely work together with Trade Marketing to increase awareness and trial 360u00b0 Constantly review brand health and performance of activities for ongoing improvement. u25cf Acquires knowledge from consumer, brand, category and the overall business to translate this into insights to help evolve the portfolio. u25cf Provide the business with a monthly point of view of business performance and indicated actions. Incl. market development & competitive activity, market share and growth trends, key initiatives, and return on marketing investment. Cooperates closely with colleagues at local, European and Global level across functions and work levels. u25cf Closely works together with market research to generate consumer, brand and business insights. - Cooperates closely with the (Sr.) BM to ensure alignment. u25cf Cooperates closely with TM to ensure that the brand and activity plans are aligned. u25cf Cooperates together with Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing and Supply Chain at local level in all relevant aspects. u25cf Cooperates and provides local German insights to influence European and Global Key Stakeholders (Marketing, BBI, legal) and shares best practice across markets Exchanges and cooperates with other colleagues from Brand Marketing to ensure alignment across the portfolio. What You Bring to the Table u25cf Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Experience: 2 years experience in Marketing, ideally in an international FMCG company. u25cf Brand/Industry Experience: Experience in the spirits or overall alcohol industry is a u201cplusu201d but not mandatory. u25cf Strong oral & written communication in English & fluent German. u25cf Good German market knowledge (retail, consumer, trade, media). u25cf Marketing disciplines: Market analysis, strategy & marketing mix development incl. communication & media, consumer insights and research, creative development (digital and experiential), strong project management capabilities u25cf Business acumen & entrepreneurial thinking, good analytical and strategic understanding - a passion for brands.
