Genesys Architect (m/f/d)
Tasks
1. You are the subject matter expert on the global Genesys call centre rollout
2. The configuration and management of call-flows in Genesys Architect including voice- and chat-bots is part of your responsibilities
3. You work with global stakeholders in various countries
4. In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues
Qualifications
5. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
6. Advanced experience with a SaaS call centre solution, preferably Genesys
7. Ability do design, create, and manage call flows and scripts
8. Basic understanding of IP Phone systems, to manage that aspect in Genesys
9. Experience with creating voice-bots, chat-bots including training of intentions and utterances
10. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills and customer centricity
11. Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
