IT-Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
* Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
* Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
* Creation of system documentation
Required Skills:
* Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
* Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
* Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
* Good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
* Experience with printers and smartphones
