ABOUT THE JOB We now have a unique opening in our TRATON Holding HR department. In this position you will take over a key role to further drive and develop our Talent Management function in the Holding and also related cross-brand initiatives within the TRATON GROUP. You will be responsible for managing all strategic Talent Management topics in TRATON Holding, such as Talent & Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, Leadership & Management Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally you will be a key contributor to the success of the functional HR strategy of the Holding as well as to the Group Talent Management focus areas - and consequently also to the TRATON GROUP strategy since sucessful Talent Management is key to delivering on our joint strategy.
