Compensation and Benefits Manager
Hybrid role based in Hamburg – Fluency in both English and German required
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 8 in the Compensation and Benefits department
* Manage the external payroll service provider and the company pension scheme
* Prepare reports for order calculation, including certificates and fraudulent self-employment claims
* Present key information and analysis to senior leadership
* Take responsibility for HR digitalisation projects and time recording systems across the business
Your Profile:
* Degree with a focus in HR, Finance, or Controlling
* At least 3 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits
* Proficient in Workday, ATOSS, and SAP applications
* Experience in pensions, time data management, and/or remuneration
* Professional fluency in both English and German
