Job Description Danfoss is looking for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist, who will be responsible for the HR master data structure and correlation between data to different HR platforms, processes and non-HR platforms. You will have the opportunity to do planning, project coordination and management for the development and operation of our regional HRIS landscape while also facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization through automation, robotics and digitalization. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Analyzing and directing all functions within the scope of the core HRIS. Ensuring the most efficient and responsive HRIS support setup. Working and coordinating with Regional HR Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure that daily operation is running successfully with global data and processes. Ensuring challenges are addressed and improving and standardizing common ways of working. Defining and implementing HR system policies, procedures and best practices (related to education, communication and training) to create/drive operational efficiencies. Supporting our Performance Management Process and being a subject matter expert, having detailed knowledge of the process, principles, system and reports. Your track record shows good stakeholder and project management skills: implementing, driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements. You are a natural at forming relations and at collaborating across a corporate structure in a global and matrixed setup.
