What does an Executive Director, EMEA Planning do?
An Executive Director Planning/IBP leads the supply phase of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring collaboration among finance, sales, portfolio, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives. They provide strategic, financialized insights to guide decisions on supply chain risks, portfolio opportunities, and overall business performance. This role involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs, while also aligning global processes and data structures. Additionally, the Executive Director fosters close collaboration with sales teams and customers to improve demand plan accuracy and oversees business continuity planning and material master data management to support effective decision-making.
