Our Group Talent Team is looking for someone to join who is passionate about digital learning and development, supporting us to shape PHOENIX Group’s overall culture, learning and talent agenda. In your role, reporting to our Group Head of Talent, you are a key driver to maintain and develop existing offerings and support in defining and evolving talent initiatives for the future.
In your role as Junior Digital Learning Architect, you will support our Senior Architect to tie together the digital learning experience within PHOENIX group’s 29 countries. This will involve supporting with the implementation of our learning management system, learning opportunities, and acting as a consultant to our internal customers and PHOENIX Academies.
This role can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim or anywhere in Germany but it is expected to be on site regularly.
Your Tasks
1. Develop relationships with all PHOENIX countries to support data migration and roll out of a new Learning Management System
2. Support our Senior Architect on backend business support and stakeholder management
3. Highly organized and can independently manage mandatory training rollouts for our key stakeholders
4. Support in the creation of various e-learning modules
5. Participate actively in the development, implementation, deployment and anchoring of our upcoming Leadership and Lean Academies
6. Have project management responsibility alongside collaboration and enablement of local HR and internal stakeholder teams on projects and desired improvements to co-create solutions
7. Develop your own individual area of expertise and specialist competencies that you use to bring diverse perspectives to find the best solutions.
Your Profile
8. Ideally you have successfully completed studies preferably in human resource management, psychology development related field, learning or instructional design, business/economics or social sciences or comparable qualification.
9. Relevant experience within a fast-paced environment in people development and/or talent management.
10. We are open to university graduates with some relevant work experience or internships.
11. An exceptional customer service oriented mindset with curiosity and openness to learning and new approaches.
12. Desire to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team in both new and current projects with an eye on quality.
13. A can-do attitude and a pragmatic problem solver who gets things done and asks for help when they need it.
14. Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
15. Full proficiency in both German and English languages are a must, other languages are a plus.
16. Interest in developing practical skills in relation to learning design. Previous experience in Articulate and course design are a plus.
