As a 2nd Level Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our users' satisfaction by providing top-notch technical support.
Your Responsibilities:
* Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that leave our users smiling.
* Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring a seamless IT experience for our users.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Take charge of hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
* Analyze and document system and application errors, contributing to continuous improvement.
Your Skills:
* Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Proven experience with IT support and ticketing systems.
* Solid software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent German and good English language proficiency for daily use.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
