Job Summary:
As a Product PR Expert (m/f/d), you will drive Hyundai’s product communication efforts across Europe. You’ll develop and execute strategic PR initiatives, ensuring effective media engagement and impactful storytelling. Acting as a key link to external media, you will craft compelling narratives to enhance Hyundai’s presence in the automotive industry.
We want you to:
* Develop and implement PR strategies to drive awareness and visibility of Hyundai’s products in Europe.
* Plan and execute PR campaigns for product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Define messaging strategies that effectively highlight Hyundai’s product innovations and technological advancements.
* Coordinate with local teams to align regional product PR efforts with European-level strategies.
* Identify opportunities to amplify Hyundai’s product PR impact and continuously improve communications.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product PR strategies.
* Create and manage essential PR assets, including press releases, product press kits, Q&As, presentations, and multimedia content.
* Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of PR materials across all relevant channels.
* Track, evaluate, and report on product PR performance across Europe, providing insights to refine strategies.
* Manage relationships with automotive and technology media, ensuring Hyundai’s product innovations receive strong coverage.
* Act as a trusted media contact, securing product-focused coverage and amplifying Hyundai’s presence in the market.
* Drive awareness for Hyundai’s N brand, leveraging strategic media placements and storytelling.
* Support PR efforts for industry award recognitions, including the World Car of the Year awards for IONIQ models.
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of PR experience, ideally in the automotive industry or with European market exposure.
* Strong knowledge of the European media landscape, including regional market nuances and culturally adapted messaging.
* A well-established network of media contacts across Europe, with a proven track record of securing brand and product coverage.
* Expertise in developing and executing PR strategies that align with Hyundai’s brand goals.
* Deep understanding of cultural factors that influence brand perception and media relations.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills with media, stakeholders, and agency partners.
