This position reports into Sr. CSA Leader and is based in Neuss, Germany
What will you do
Key Responsibilities
·Strategic responsibility for Customer & Shopper Activation Pharmacy
·Translation of the brand strategy in a POS activation strategy along the full shopper journey (offline, online, omni), national and customer specific execution per brand incl POS material & digital asset production in line with fewer, bitter, better (focus on outstanding physical availability)
·Ownership of excellent execution at POS and tracking of POS activities, making sure to build future activations on insights and test & learn
·Shaping the WoW Pharmacy in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Director, ensuring to set clear priorities and to deliver against those crossfunctionally
·Shaping the sales detailing cycles, providing best in class sell in material, hosting best in class sales meeting
·Strong partnership with Professional Marketing and Category Management as part of the new G2M model
·Close collaboration with Sales on key (wholesale/cooperation) customers, shaping customer workshops to increase joint business activities. Furthermore, focus on intense partnership with Sales field force, bring the outside in and build activation plans on strong insights
·Close cooperation with Squad, Sales and ComEx on the definition of picture of success at POS to support physical and mental availability, support Sales within JBP activities
·Leadership and further development of team employees
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
·Successfully completed university studies in economics or business administration
·Min. 7 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing in the FMCG industry
·Fluent written and spoken German and English
·Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoyment of creative tasks and willingness to innovate
·Proven successful cooperation with customers. Strong stakeholder management andleadership skills, living into agile leader principles and ability to motivate people
·High level of initiative and an agile mindset. Ability to work under pressure, willingness to shape and drive the business
