The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
* Proactive identification and evaluation of innovative technologies for battery cell production
* Analysis and transfer of solutions from other industries
* Systematic assessment of new technologies regarding maturity, advantages, and feasibility at PowerCo
* Building and maintaining an internal network and connections with external industry partners, research institutions, and universities
* Planning and conducting supplier visits
* Initiating and supporting feasibility studies and collaborations
What you need for our CELLebration
* Completed studies in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience and high expertise in at least one of the fields of production technology, battery cell technology, or cell manufacturing processes
* High affinity for new technologies and their applications
* Quick comprehension and ability to familiarize oneself with new topics
* High self-motivation and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
* Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
* Good English skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel regularly for business
What else can you bring
* Existing network in the battery industry, mechanical engineering, or research
* Proficient in Chinese and/or Korean language
* Experience in R&D cell technology or R&D cell manufacturing technology
* PhD, preferrably in battery cell technology, or other relevant field
* Experience in market or technology screening, business intelligence, or innovation management
What to look forward to
